Following an initial bathroom remodeling consult, Gayler will produce a conceptual floor plan for your bathroom remodel, a detailed scope of work, and an estimated project budget. With a seemingly endless array of choices, Gayler Design Build works with you to help you make all of the key decisions about fixtures, finishes, and furnishings. Anxiety erased!

Pre-construction phase of your bathroom remodeling

In the pre-construction phase of your bathroom remodeling, we will secure all of the permits and materials, and create a schedule designed to keep your project moving on time and on budget. Once work is underway, you will be kept apprised of our progress through face-to-face meetings, emails, and our online Builder Trend system, which gives you full access to project information, schedules, selections, photos, etc.

When your new bathroom remodeling is finished, you will meet with your dedicated project manager for a complete inspection of your bathroom remodel to make sure that no detail is overlooked. We will also follow up with you regularly to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the end result.
