Experience a Whole House Remodel In Progress-Part I
With an 18-year track record of delivering remodeling projects on time and on budget, we wanted to give you an inside look at how it's done by following a current project from start to finish. Here's a glimpse of a whole house remodel in progress, as one San Ramon homeowner shares her remarkable experience.
You Asked, We Answered
Starting the summer off right, we solicited your feedback on our company newsletter. Thank you to those of you who took the time to fill out our survey, particularly the first ten respondents who also received a $10 Amazon gift card: Donald M., Ashok A., John S., Sonia G., Kim W., Elizabeth C., Kathy K., Stan A., Denise F., and John K. Here's a quick summary of the findings:
- 82% are satisfied with the practicality and helpfulness of the information in the newsletter
- 58% read the newsletter entirely or almost entirely; 26% quick scan only
- 94% wish to continue receiving the newsletter
As a result of your feedback, we will be implementing some immediate changes. For starters, our newsletter has been modified with a new "look and feel" and will remain content rich with design/build project examples, industry trends, product recommendations, and more. Based on popular demand, we will also remain distributing our newsletter on a bi-monthly basis, a perfect way to stay connected and continue to get to know each other.
