This San Ramon family home was dark, dated and needed renovations in nearly every room of the house, all while staying within the original footprint of the home. Gayler Design Build transformed the entire space using calming neutrals and maple hand-scraped hardwood flooring throughout the main level to create a home that was unrecognizable from its original dark and dreary state!

Traditional Home Remodel

This San Ramon home in the Royal Ridge neighborhood was built in the 1980s.  Our clients knew they wanted to live in their home for many years to come and asked Gayler Design Build to help create a beautiful and comfortable environment that would meet their family’s needs now and well into the future.  The scope of work including everything from adding an entirely new second story to tripling the size of the laundry room.  The clients were absolutely thrilled with the outcome and so were we!
